The built-in fee you never see on Airbnb
On Airbnb Since late 2025 the 15.5% host commission comes rebuilt into the advertised nightly rate. You do not see the fee, but it is in the price.
Booking direct here That commission does not exist: the same home usually costs 10% to 15% less, with the same cleaning and service standards.
Everybody wins With no platform in between, the local manager earns more for the same work and Orlando businesses grow stronger. You pay less, the people looking after you earn more.

We did not get to meet but he was responsive and accommodating the entire process. The house was beautiful and located in a gated community! The area felt safe. The home was exactly as pictured with all of the luxuries you would want in a vacation home. It was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 14. I would definitely recommend this property for your future visit to central Florida!
House was nice and clean, looked even better in person ! Lots of room and had a great time. Only thing that was a bit of a hassle to get through the solterra resort gate (they check ID etc.) but besides that it was great!
The home was exactly like the pictures. Very easy to get to places. would recommend.
